The Turning Point
Today Will always be remembered as one of the darkest, saddest days of our time. As we remember that a beautiful human was taken from us. Today, September 10, 2025 conservative political activists Charlie Kirk was shot in the neck by a gunman. He was doing a debate at Utah valley college where more than 2,000 students arrived. This news has literally shattered me personally. This man has been nothing but great and positive influence in my family and I. I have been following him for about 4/5 years now and the more I watch the more I love and respect him.
I woke this morning and I just didn’t feel well. It was this heavy feeling in my chest like anxiety which is normal for me but I just didn’t feel right. I took the kids to school dropped them all off and when I got home I went straight back to sleep. That was a little past 8am. I woke up about 11am and I still did not feel well it was heavy feeling and I felt sad a lot of sadness. I told my self “bitch get up” and I dragged my self out of bed and did my hair and I left my house. I actually ended up at my sons school and I pulled him out of class early took him out we went to lunch at in n out his favorite spot. As we sat outside on the bench tables having a good conversation and I received a text from my friend brian. His message said Charlie Kirk is dead I think. I was like wait what ! No ! So I go online and I start to see all these videos posed of a shooting and I see Charlie Kirk get shot in the neck. Blood gushing he goes limp falls over. I almost threw up, my stomach dropped. I stared to cry and I said omg Liam we need to go we packed out food and left. I was in full tears and wasn’t able to control my emotions.
I don’t know why this has hurt my heart so much. I don’t know him personally. He is not connected to me at all. My heart is just shattered. Uncontrollable emotions I can’t stop crying. I keep feeling so much deep sadness for his wife and his kids.
I know he passed fast that bullet took him out at the most perfect spot for a kill shot. I find my peace in knowing he we straight home. He’s in heaven with god. He did so much good in his life being a man of god. He spoke the truth and spoke of god and always lead with confidence and fearless. That man has inspired many youth to be great humans. God fearing real men and divine women, Children of god.
Charlie Kirk we will never forget you. You live on in all of our hearts. Thank you for all your work here on earth. You have made real impact and your work is now done.
Rest easy ❤️
